Building Operations

Our highly skilled superintendent and his team are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties including building and grounds, mechanical operations and preventive maintenance programs. Tenant Relations

We recognize that communication is paramount in order to keep you satisfied. We regularly communicate with tenants to ensure that everyone’s needs are heard and accommodated where appropriate. During normal business hours, our customer service staff receive all tenant calls and communicates all service requests to the appropriate property manager. Our tenants also have the ability to submit a service request 24/7 online using our Tenant Helpdesk. Our team at KPM also performs quality assurance checks with tenants to verify that all service requests are completed in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.  For after-hours and weekend emergencies, we provide an answering service with on-call contact information to enable immediate response when necessary.
