With more than 34 years of diversified experience in land development, residential / commercial construction and property management, Grace has been with Kyser Property Management, Co., Inc. for over 20 years.

Grace has lived in Montgomery since 1972. She attended Auburn University of Montgomery before starting her career in 1981 in the shopping center management industry. Prior to Kyser Property Management, Grace honed her skills working with her husband’s construction materials company and with other large real estate firms developing homes such as the Wynlakes Community. Grace started with KPM in the accounting department and has served in her current role since 1999.

Grace enjoys camping, going to the beach and tending to her home garden with over 40 different species. She is married to Kenny Pugh for what she says is the, “Happiest 37 years of his life!” She has two daughters, two grandsons, one granddaughter and a boxer, Marly.
